Got a bad idea! May or may not be terrible, idk

This guy is heading back to the U.S. in a few months after almost a decade of being everywhere that isn't the U.S. Thinking about going back to my roots and getting back into dirt. Possibly adventure...

Now I don't feel quite so bad about not liking ANYTHING about it. If they actually built something that looked like Akira's bike and performed, that'd be one thing.

'03 Harley 883 mod

I am going to preface this with "It's not my bike".

I just so happen to be the motorcycle mentor for my unit, one of my riders owns a '03 883. The owner is very short and the bike flat out does...

Well, here's an update on the bike's registration…done. Trailered the bike to Hachinohe last Wednesday. I pulled into LTO (Land Transportation Office) at 2pm and had a Japanese title and license...

Not to resurrect a LONG dead thread, but I'm going to.

Because I can.

I have the RC51 ready for inspection, paperwork's all done. Waiting on the weather to play nice long enough for me to get...

Fallen rider

I know that I still don't post much and I'm pretty sure that I'm the only member on the forum that's stationed at Misawa, but I thought if nothing else I'd post something. We lost one of our brothers...

There's no doubt that a liter bike has the cajones to deliver when you want it. For "most" people though, a liter bike has more performance than they need/want/can ever attain. They also have a MUCH...

Project Bike curiosity

Not quite sure if this is the forum for this kind of question, but with all the tinkers on here, I'll give it a shot. I've got a project bike in mind. Not a "find a bike and fix it project" but a...

I'm completely down with that. I have some big power missiles, but more often than not, they're more a handful than they're worth. A 400 has plenty of power to use on the road while still being fun...

The Kawi 400's and the Honda NC30/35's usually run around $3500, give or take a thousand. Friend of mine just sold a '89 TZR250 for a grand. I've seen a NSR250 for sale for about 4k, but I bought the...

2013 cb1100

Finally comes to the US, not a supersport, but I'm thinking a great all rounder. Maybe even a nice cafe racer project.
