check out the GS500F, current production model on Suzuki's site. they're pretty sporty looking to me. I understand that the fairings from an F series can also be put on an E version without problems....

The kawi 250 is and always will be a POS bike until they really redo the frame. over 20 years, and they've still got the same cruiser frame in that bike.

IMO, not worth doing anything to that....
