it was upper armanything in the chest, nads or other bad areas gets transfered out since trauma doesnt have priviliges here.
as for the other one she came back just as it was her turn so that was quick and easy. I have been between 3 and 4 hrs behind tonight and am almost caught up.
I dont think tonight would have been bad but I walked into a clusterfuck but given the doc and PA working its not surprising. fortunatley I have an attending who lets me work the room so I got a lot done but its just been tough digging out of that initial hole.
Best part is my relief will walk in here at 7 to an empty room and buttoned up sign outs and think I had my feet up all night.
