There may be more than one screw holding it in, take the canister back off and inspect it carefully and see if there are an allen or two holding that inner sleeve in. Don't start drilling your $500 slip-on until you are SURE the insert doesn't just come out like Yosh says it will. If you are still in doubt then for God's sakes call Yoshimura @ 800 634 9166.
