What sucks is even without the bag the dude probably wouldn't have died, he wasn't that high.
We had prople tying up traffic here one summer, 3 or 4 "jumpers" and it would shut down the interstates for hours on end. I always said one .40S&W was cheaper than all the gas cars were burning sitting in traffic, people's time, cop and firefighters salaries etc. Screw those jumpers, give them 30 seconds to come down or be forced down.
