A guy that worked on my team down in FTL bungeed his backpack to the back of his bike. Parked his bike in the parking garage one day to find that his back pack wasn't there, which contained his new $3K ThinkPad. Went out back on I-95 to find it in a hundred pieces, all over 2-3 lanes.
He was a fat slob dork, so it made it amusing.
