Its actually an ok phone, I was just pissed off at the time. I found the box, so tragedy averted, lol.
Her Droid X's speaker is very quiet so you can't listen to music on it, it loses reception frequently and the screen isn't bright enough. She wants to trade it in for an Incredible...but I'm going to have her look at the Droid 2 as well..
