If you search for a bike and 50 come up, you want to stand out a bit more. One with a woman in it would get more views IMO. More views can lead to more potential buyers.
I remember people posting ebay ads on CF. So a regular ad gets posted on other sites because a better picture was taking. Those ads could have been seen by someone that don't use ebay or forgot to check ebay for that item they were looking for.
