My stairwell has a very short ceiling due to a closet. Unfortunately, I can't simply eliminate the closet because the attic access is inside of it. Anyone over 5'7" hits their head on the stairwell, so I've decided to paint some "caution stripes" on the corners of the ceiling until I get around to changing the closet.
I've already painted orange stripes, but have not yet removed all tape. My original plan was to paint the alternating stripes black, just to offset it from the rest of the wall paint. However, after peeling tape, I'm thinking the orange may look good by itself. What do you all think?
