Major cuncussion and fractured 4th cervical vertebrae and no suspension or fine for Chara. It was deemed a hockey play that just happened at a very unfortunate spot, but now Quebec is all butthurt and chest puffing, saying plays like this should and could be prosecuted if they happen there.
