Here's the *rub* with that.... most of the other Ducatis have interchangeable parts. Meaning, dry clutch is a dry clutch - there are just different plates... but the dry clutch from my 1994 monster can be pulled and put into either of my 2002's (7 or 9). Many of the other parts and sensors can do that. With the 848 you can't do that

Though, you're right. It looks nothing like the 999. Maybe a modern look to the 998.
