Well the wife, brinks, and me went
up north... got some action shots of the man brinks...
Going up north on Friday night ends up being a 5.5hr haul... brinks was a champ. Did great in the back of the SS and slept most of the way...
Saturday, we went to a festival as described in
other thread, and that was 1.5hr each way, and 4hrs at the festival. Where he was the popular guy. We were stopped about every 25' asking about the dog and for every person doing that there was 3 more that looked, pointed, or talked about him as we walked by.
Here's a shot of him at an apt dropping off our step sister (she's 3yr old) who went with us.
He pretty much slept
and slept well as you can see...
Sunday we went to Leelanau penninsula (most western part of the lower penninsula of michigan) and got some pics of us against lake michigan as a back drop.
I was trying to stay away from the water cause we weren't suppose to have the dog on the shoreline (state park rules there)
Even though my father in laws place is about the same distance north, we have to run south then north again to get there, going thru Traverse city. Well, point being, he spent about 6hrs in the SS again...
Monday, was hang out at home day, before we hit the road to head to our home... we did some shooting as shown in my other thread, and the dog took it well... then wifey put him by the back door so he could relax in the shade and eat...
Then we ended up in the garden... he likes the cold dirt... GO FIGURE
where after we dug up onions, Brinks figured out he wanted to dig too...
I don't know what he was looking for or smelled... probably chinese little boys pushing up the costs at walmart... who knows... but he kept going!!
Next thing we know I think he got a chinese boy by the hair...
Not bad for his first ever hole
He did another 4hr car ride home (no traffic and pedal down) with out any problems... GO BRINKS!!
Has his final puppy shot vet appt Wed... so more pics to come...
