well ive been thinking, assuming i payed cash and got the title up front, walking it through registration ought to be a snap what with our very bored government workers. And then inspection i can get done at the local shop and all they care about is good rubber and working lights/horn. assuming that didnt work however i could try re-titling it as a custom built bike and go from there.
