The Duc750/800 will take all the abuse you can dish out...set one up with Ti retainers (about one afternoon in the garage and less than $100 bucks) and you'll be good for 12-16K between valve checks.....oil and other services same as Jap bikes.....
and you'll have a quick, inexpensive bike that'll blow the SV's away on the street or the track in every way they can be had for $3500-$4500, which is about the same as a decent SVs
