I use wd 40 to clean brake parts, then I rinse with water and non-ionic surfactant solution before re-installing the parts. I don't mix wd 40 with brake fluid. I don't get brake fluid on any part of my bike after calipers are installed. Don't know what y'all are freaking about. You do rinse your parts after cleaning and before installing...right?
