look for turning cars

I didn't notice a turn signal from the car. So failure to yield and failure to use turn signal would be their crime but the bike ultimately held the majority of the fault since he was hauling major ass.

Does anyone know if the rider lived? My guess is no.

Depends on local laws, that didn't look like it was in the US
