iPod Nano took a dump

I didn't use it often because the battery dies so damn quick. I'd use it for 5 minutes come back to it the next day and the battery would be dead.

Sounds like a good reason to take it back while it was under warranty. Unless of course you left it sitting dead for the whole first year.

Just saying, I've had my first gen 30 gig for over 4.5 years. Never a single problem ever, and the thing has been down a flight of stairs.... twice. Fuck apple.

Plenty of people were able to get brand-new iPods because of the battery issue.
