I'd grow for fun... and still buy it from the store.

I mean, homebrew guys... is your beer the ONLY beer you drink? I think not.

I kinda like small-scale gardening and I'd really like to toy around with a hydroponic setup.

if you grew enough.. would you sell to your friends then? or just give it away/"barter" like I do with my home brewed beer?

If it were legal, I'd probably buy from the store, and toss any seeds in the yard. What grows wild then is simply bonus. It is a weed after all, so I'm guessing you could probably get pretty lucky with whatever sprouts wild...
