Thats unfortunate that the laws of that state require proof of intent to kill first for the death penalty.

Oh well, jail will do the same thing honestly. Those parents are sacks of shit for abusing a child like that anyhow. people who abuse innocent children in such a way get my blood BOILING. I hate seeing kids who have to live with abuse. it pisses me off.

its the same thing as the death sentence, just with a different name and method. hell, even 2 months in jail would be the same as death sentence.

Still can't think of anything awful enough, and I'm usually a pretty inventive guy. But life in prison is out, I can't stand the thought that my tax dollars pay to feed and houseevil, even for the hour or two they would last. No, drop them off in the Yukon or something with gps trackers permanently lodged in their rectums, and set dogs after them whenever they come near a populated area or seperate.
