DC or the Cape.

If you want the natural home for it, it's defintiely the Cape. Houston is not even a close second for that. The Cape is by far the natural home of the shuttle.

Thats the defense NY is putting up, people from all over the world want to come to NY, not houston, plus the intrepid is a good place for one.

IF DC/Cape/Cali is getting one. I don't really know where the 4th belongs. Not Houston or NY though. Maybe some small town that could use it to make some tourist money that has importance to the shuttle program.
