I got stuck pulling double duty, as the only other registrar was a piece of shit who does absolutely no work. He stayed up in the front and played on the computer while I busted my ass, and the sad part is the boss covers for his shit. Gonna be 12 hours of the same shit tonight too.

I will be back tonight, took some time off to study for my boards and took them yesterday. Now its back to the grind.

Calling for lows in the 20's and snow I am sure the er will be packed with people who arent realy sick.

Didn't get a whole lot of time to visit with Mom, unfortunately.
She had to work every night I was there.
Are all hospitals short-staffed by nature?

Yeah, Mom is in respiratory therapy so she at least doesn't have to deal with the drug-seekers. Generally anyone she has to take care of is really sick.
