On top of obviously displying signs of the numerous surgical procedures to his face, I think the pictures rather clearly point out something else about Mr. Jackson's appearance.

He is clearly suffering from an auto-ummune condition, as well as vitiligo.

His hand shows advanced arthritis.

The first joint on his pinky is completely fused, others are very inflamed.

His dancing will surely be affected, as I suspect some amount of systemic skin and soft tissue necrosis has begun, now likely affecting nealy all joints in the body to some degree.
