Lately, I've been making homemade dough and cooking pizzas on the grill. Good shit. One of my favorites is:

- mix of melted margarine and EVO with chopped fresh parsley as the "sauce"
- mozz
- chopped up grilled chicken breast
- chopped up roasted garlic
- very thinly sliced cooked red potatoes
- fresh ground black pepper and parmesan on top

Vic does some badass scratch pizza. Ill have to see if she wants to share her recipe

The Wal-Mart chicken bacon ranch pizza is a pretty damned good. I used to get the "self rising" variety but lately they've only had the square thin crust chicken bacon ranch. It's still tasty but I like thicker pizza.

The guy who wrote this book is an adv member. I bought it. Best damn pizza I've ever had. Made another one last night as a matter of fact.
