thefacebook wasn't any apps or games. It was just profile stuff. It was a lot more centered around socializing with your fellow college students since that was the only people on the network. You could input your class schedule and see who else was on facebook in your classes. It was a pretty useful tool, free of a lot of the BS that is on it now. They pretty much have gotten rid of all their methods for searching for people in your class year/school.
