I got out of my recliner. Hurt so bad I couldnt move my head and had to breath like I was in labor when the pain hit. The supper fun part was waking up at 5am and almost passing out and having to sit on my bed for 20 mi utes concentrating on breathing and dumping water on myself. Ibprophen wouldnt have done crap.

Don't bother with a chiropractor or anything else like that...

I had that issue a few years back... Started drinking more water and I rarely have any issues. Seriously. I drink 1.5-2 gallons per day, but you don't need anything near that.

Of course, I could be wrong and you could be getting a solid half gallon per day... but I doubt it. Soda, coffee, etc don't count... a lot of that stuff dehydrates you more than they hydrate.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this neck spasm starved your brain of oxygen and now you must return to 3rd grade remedial spelling.
