Lucked out and had a cake night. I was supposed to be in the main er tonight, butone of the junior PA's asked if she could go and I take fast track. Figured why not, I am kinda tired and wont have tio think as much

So here I am not having done anything resembling work for the last 3 hours and its hopping over there, plus the doc over there sucks to work with. Will make for an interesting signout in the morning.
