I think it is an doctored video.

I took a video of me running to an emergency one day with ligts and sirens. I then put the video up saying I was running from the cops. I killed the sound and put music to it and then sped it up about to 1.3-1.5 speed. You can sort of tell the cars are moving faster than you would think but at first glance it doesn't show too much.

He was driving fast as shit but not 180mph worth.
