When you were selling mini-motos, did you require prospective buyers to wear a helmet on test rides?

I'm guessing you did, since you would have to be a complete idiot not to. Having people crack their heads open would be bad for business, and effect your bottom line.

So, if I'm correct, how does that make you any different from an insurance company, looking to protect their bottom line?

Hmmm.....

You'd better stop making sense like that...you know how it sends Tard into spasms of name calling and profanity.

I'm a person, not a country.

If you do something on private property, you are subject to private regulation.

When you do something in a free country, you are free to off yourself in whatever creative fashion you care to. It's called "natural selection"...perhaps you've heard of it?

So, in effect, you made up your own country, and then passed a helmet law. That's not very Libertarian of you. Does Ron Paul know about this?

What's the name of this free country, whose laws you speak of?

Natural selection, natural selection...now that you mention it, it does ring a bell, but I'm not sure which version you're referring to.

The one that I learned, states that certain biological traits lead to more successful reproductive rates that others. Since there is no collaborative data to suggest that people who die as a result of motorcycle crashes where helmets were not worn, had trouble reproducing before the crash, you must be thinking of some other version of natural selection.

Now, if you could identify a "death by motorcycle crash without a helmet" gene, you might be on to something.

Till then, not so much.

So, I guess race tracks are countries too? Who knew?

Once upon a time, there was a place called The United States Of America...but that was another time, wasn't it? Now we live in nanny land.

No need. They identify themselves, by taking themselves out of the gene pool. No fuss, no muss.

Yeah, there's a little redirected frustration evident here, no?

Handling it in PMs, as it should have been.

I will say, I enjoyed the read. But, it did seem to exude a bit of pent up frustration. And, that wasn't one sided.

y'all are cute, and amuse me.

Please continue...
