Seems to be more effective for the Muslims, Family Guy and South Park episodes got shot down... Those Dutch cartoonists are probably still in hiding. Seems like it works pretty well.

Lack of follow-through. A few rifle bullets to the head, the odd bombing, or arson can't compare to suicide bombing, for pure dedication.
