Default Why do black men <35 sit so low in their car?

So now that we're posting racial generalizations, why do so many Black men under 35 sit in such a way that only 2 inches of their head are visible from outside their car?

I've never noticed I guess. Usually their windows are tinted so black you can't see into the car.

around this neighborhood they say it's so they can't be shot as easily. makes sense seeing as there is a shooting at least once a day here. lots of gang activity as well.

of course it gives the white suburban kids something to emulate as well.

True and the first thing I thought of when I saw the title. My nephew is guilty of this...I saw his car in the driveway when I was visiting one weekend and thought wtf...might as well sit in a lazyboy recliner while driving.

Well there are no homeless there because it's on the outskirts of town, but if you go into GR, there are plenty of homeless there.

But do groups of kids go downtown with the specific objective of finding homeless people to beat up on? When it hit the news a couple yrs ago it was the first I've heard of that. Are they really that bored in Milwaukee?
