He can park there Because he's a fucking cop.

Do cops who drive cop cars have the right to park in a no parking zone? Make illegal left/u turns use there lights to run a red light then shut them off when there through....speed when not responding to a call.

I can keep going.

12 YO is a douche and I'll bet his parents are douchebags as well. Anyone ever think that parking on hot asphalt with a MC might be a bad idea ?

Really?

The kid asked the cop for a reason for parking there and the cop got an attitude. If hot asphalt was his reason, this video would have never gone viral.
