You could title it as a custom built bike. That is not uncommon for choppers and such. Just wouldn't be able to title it as a HD.

yeah, certain states are more grey market friendly. still i wonder if bikes fit under the 25 year rule like cars do? for example: nissan's R31 skylines are legal here now due to age. i hope like hell that means i get to see one of the ultra rare R31 GTS-Rs before i die. not likely though
