Yeah, I was a bit surprised when they totalled it. The guy pushed the trunk into the rear passenger bench area. Good thing I had no one back there, especially on the passenger side, they would have been hurt pretty bad I think.

the fact that the back got pushed into the passenger seating area (where child carseats reside) doesn't really seem to support the "safer" theory...
