WCC put red and blue lights in Shaq's grill on his "Shaqillac" (yes, it's gay).

BUT, you wanna bet he could pull over a cop, and not get a ticket?

In his home town of Haines city he is, but he did this in Orlando where they don't find to be graced by his presence.
