The multi-line Ducati dealer wouldn't reduce the price for cash-in-hand. He's out of business.

The Yammi/Zuk/Honda dealer here in town does the same thing. It's a wonder they are still in business. Fuck them. Of course they are now the only Yammi dealer in town now that Team Alpine went tits up.

Brampton Cycle. They had no concept of customer service. Bought my first bike there in '84 and never went back after a warranty issue.

The end of their life? I heard about them as long as I've been in the riding community

Had this happen before too, found out it's kickbacks they get from finance companies and banks. I always just ask for the best price, and I'll sort out the payoff later.

And granted they may have deals for the sales reps to go such amount of sales financed for a bonus OR they'd rather just get the kickback from the financier's altogether even if they have short-sited math that they think works in their favor.(*IE- thinking their kickback will be more profit than a payoff cash sale)

My aunts ex-husband used to love them, bought more than a few toys from there. He said, for him at least, at the end, it just turned into a shithole.

First place I ever saw a duc in person. I was very young at the time, but fell in love right away.

Sales caught ya.

Service lost ya.

Oddly enough John McBride now operates a little performance/accessories shop called Riders Choice in south Mississauga, that is very well respected and does good work.
