He said he had to rent a truck (because rental cars don't do one way rentals). He threw the bike in the truck and is still on his way home.

Sounds like he was just south of Chicago. I'm only 2 1/2 hours from there. I could have helped him out.

He said a really nice guy that saw it happen stopped to help him. The guy even gave him a ride to the rental place. I'm glad there are still good people out there.

Oh and the guy rides, so, of course, Ebbs hands him a card.

my darn phone had died and I coudnt get to his messages, he finally managed to get that front wheel off the ground

...he is okay tho, went to the ER last night, has a bad sprain but fortunately thats it!
