You all have it wrong. Take his "C" endorsement off his license, and give him a 250cc restricted "M". For at least two years.

Now that would be true justice. He would definitely understand the consequences of his actions after that, probably much better than jail time.

I think if a lot of people rode even just a few times they may have a better understanding of what we deal with on a regular basis.
