Sadly, I've seen similar. I was an apartment manager for a few years and I found one woman who lived like that. Had to do maintenance and found the place similar to that, but not quite as bad. Didn't matter that it wasn't THAT bad, it was still bad enough to qualify for immediate eviction.

I've seen pics of people's house in base housing on base. Let's say the link Rider gave us is a 10 in regards to nastiness, the base housing pics were like a strong 7. I really have no words for that shit. The ash tray created by ashes were fucking nasty! You can tell the cunt was putting the smokes out with the arm of the chair.
I feel really bad about the cats. Sucks.
