How come?. Some of my decision may be based on if they do a proper repave this time around. I do want to get mine out there for a day or 2 as well so I can ride it in anger and see what it can do. or it will be a backup if I wad the gsxr.

Too wide open for my tastes. You know, the XB doesn't have much up top.

you would still have fun on turns 1-10 though. I will pass ya on the straight and hit your kill switch

beaver should be a fun track for ya then and I would even say the same for loudon.

Lightning at njmp is a track for liter bikes plain and simple, and even thunderbolt you will top out over 150 on the straight.

First of all, I will put a thumb tack on my killswitch. So the jokes on you, buddy. And 2nd...I won't be topping out over 150 EVER. It's not even possible. If I can get that engine to get me to 150 I'll have a piston blasting me in the gut as it flies through my air box.

maybe I will sneak up on the other side and put the kickstand down so that shuts the bike off. Done that a few times to friends at red lights and are like WTF when the bike stalls.

My bike doesn't have a safety switch on the kick stand...so fail.

The XB's top out somewhere near 130 or so. I couldn't tell ya from experience. I've only had her to about 110, maybe 115.

Dont underestimate me guess we can see about a weekend at the beave later in the season. for loudon it may be easier if you come up to my place then trailer the bikes up that way. prolly about 5 hrs from me now.

I finaly did the leg work and am starting to piece together my schedule.

Looking like I will hit beaver run in july with nesba and vir south in august 9shouldnt be too hot down there at that time

those along with a few njmp dates are whats set in stone, or will be when I book the dates. I may hit at least 2 summit main dates possiblt in may and june, tha tmay be contingent on the alleged repave.

Loudon is still up in the air as far as when, between boston moto and tonys track days there are a few back to back days that could fit. Monday/tuesday sets dont work but there are some that are more mid week, but I want to try to go when som eof the guys here are there so we can try to meet up, and even try to get some guys out when i go to vir and summit

Ya dooood! Loudon's where it's at! :P

Marko, for what it's worth, my SV doesn't do much more than 125 or so, but I still have a blast, even at the "bigger" (than Loudon) tracks like VIR North, NJMP, etc.

Shit, I used to take my EX500 down to VIR North... I'd be clicking into 6th gear before the exit cone of the final turn and at top speed (about 105-110) before the beginning of pit wall!!! After that I'd make a sandwich & have a little picnic before I got to the braking zone for T1
