Nah, here's what I think happened. I put the chicken in a "microwavable" bowl with water for 20 min (chicken was frozen btw) and was watching TV. I heard some "crackling" and got up to see what's what. My guess is that my bowl sprung a leak, letting all of the water out which caused the chicken to be "fried" rather than boiled. Apparently, Glad wasn't thinking that frying was going to be an option when they designed their bowls.... Ah the life of a bachelor....

So, that wasn't a reheat situation....you.....microwaved frozen chicken? Are you without a stove and a frying pan? And why would you punish that poor broccoli along with it?

Hey, I cook it like that every day. I've been on a diet. I've never had any problems until now. You can use a microwave to make meals from scratch you know.

I did not believe this until I went to a tupperware party.

The demonstrator explained this and I still did not believe it until....a friend bought all the stuff and has been cooking with her microwave ever since. Tastes and (here's the surprising part) looks the same as if cooked via oven or frying.
