When I had my F2 I had what was pretty much the whole right lower fairing rip off at night on I-95. I didnt even notice until I got off the highway.

I used to take a lot of long trips on my 929RR. On one, my backpack apparently came unzipped and I unknowingly spread my belongings along I-196 for miles. Various clothes, cologne, tooth brush, shaving gel... I guess when one of the shirts took off it carried most of my bathroom stuff with it. The next fuel stop where I realized what happened was... unpleasant.

And it wasn't off my bike, but I had a fairing fly off an R6 and try to remove me from my bike a couple years ago.

I lost my rear cowling once. I didn't have it latched down quite right and off it came. I fortunately had an inkling it might and saw it go. I immediately stopped and picked up. Not a scratch.
