I have the Samsung T10, that I think is discontinued.

My husband as the SanDisk Clip and loves it. It is small like the one in your picture, but has a screen so you can see things as well as a radio. You can also download books and listen to them, bookmarking your place if you need. It's pretty slick and I think they are around $50-$60.
