this guy must be high on PCP or some shit to think his ride is worth $4g's. god only knows WHAT for the high 10's in the 1/4 time.... I know my old 1000 wont do high 10's even, and its pretty god damn fast.

Yep. I bought a 98 Katana 600 for 3500 about 6 years ago. And this idiot wants 3800 for a 94 now? And if that kanatuna will do high 10's, there is much more to it than a true 600 kanatuna motor.

agreed. dont get me wrong, I like the katanas, as a touring machine, not a sportbike. but its not a good platform for drag honestly. not when you can get stuff like old KZ1000's or better, a ZL1000 and put some ZRX1200 jugs on it, ZX11 cams and some huge flatside carbs, mod the transmission to jesus fuck, and have soemthing crazy fun before turbo or n2o.

I don't know why you guys are baggin on this guy...I mean the bike prolly runs in the 11s (a second off) and while 3800 is high, its not real high, prolly a grand off.

I can find much worse.

sorry but anything more than 2g's is too much for a first gen katana, I dont care how nice it is. being the bike it is, 11's is probably off, I'm more inclined to believe 12's or low 13's.
