Looks pretty clean, says it has some scratches which translates to has been down. Give it a good look over before you offer anything.

The ad says "$4000 OBO". It looks nice, and if it sounds nice, and he lets you ride it and you like it, offer $3600 because of the "high" mileage. 20K miles isn't really high. Check NADA:http://www.nadaguides.com/default.as...C#Low%20Retail
