isn't that how it is in your state? you hit the back of a car, it's the rear cars fault?

Actually if a vehicle moves into your lane and causes you to hit them, the black and white rule of hitting the back of a car no longer applies.

Oh, and congratulations on riding so many city miles. That's amazing.

Sorry you crashed. That sucks.

That is what this thread was about, right? I couldn't tell with the e-pissing contest going on.

It's not "automatically" your fault, there are possible mitigating circumstances.

Um this isn't a single vehicle accident, Bro... I know that sport bikes get into a lot of single vehicle accidents and I've heard the "gravel" excuse plenty of times myself BUT that doesn't mean that every accident, regardless of circumstances is the rider's fault. I just don't appreciate the guilty until proven innocent POV when it comes to sport bike riders.

Anyway, I hope that you are all right and that you and your bike are back on the road asap!

ITS ALWAYS THE GRAVELS FAULT, we have established that already

Too much jumping to conclusions here, theres not that much detail she gave so its easy to speculate.

And like the gravel I will always blame the minivan

you can attone by stocking up on generators and selling them at a premium to people in their time of need.

That, and say 10 'Hail Eds', and all will be forgiven, and you will once again be allowed to ride only the way Ed instructs you to.
