Actually, unless you're bedridden an injury wouldn't keep someone from posting on the internet.

first of all, I am fine. concusion and bruises. i'll live. my bike is fairly lucky also seems to be major cosmetic damage..and that's it (broken left mirror, snapped left footpeg, amputated left turn signal, etc). This is the situation: I was going 40 in a 35..the van was on a sidestreet.. and pulled out as I was about one foot from the sidestreet. I'm well aware I shouldn't have been going 40 in a 35, I should have expected the van to be a douche...If people want to critique my riding skills thats cool, but it's not like i'm saying im perfect and the minivan should get it in the ass...im saying I got in a crash...that's all....

ps thanks for all the good wishes those of you who offered them

also no, I didn't get any tickets...

lol yes I am deffinatly thankful that if the accident was gonna happpened I walked away from it...very thankful indeed...

and my plans for the bike are to pick up more hours at work and slowly replace what needs to be replaced...it's gonna take me forever with work and school but at least I rode alot this summer...it'll get there I'll make sure for certain it's mechanically sound and take it from there
