Employment is at will, they don't need to have a reason for firing her. In fact there is nothing illegal about firing someone for being too ugly or too hot.

How is it illegal? It's legal to hire based on looks, so I see no reason why it wouldn't be legal to fire them as well.

Gotta be more to it. Someone may have been frightened that the male staff could only hold out so long before one tried to slip her the pink steak and fired her to avoid that lawsuit. Or someone got shot down. Or maybe they had a hard time getting females on task with that kinda competition around.

Maybe she can get a job at a sperm bank.

That's not how it works in the corporate world. "At will" is largely bullshit. You still can't fire people for looks, weight, gender, etc.
