Relief is what you feel after you run 100 yards in 100 degree heat in full leathers and kick the stall down open and just make it to the porcelain seat as wwiii goes off in your intestines and you feel the cool splashblack of bowl water as you turn the immediate area into a desolate wasteland redefining "wreck that shit"..
That right there is a successful day at the track..
