Did you get the plate #? I'd be calling an ambulance chaser and suing that cunt. Normally I don't condone frivilous lawsuits, but when people are retard fucks, sometimes it's warranted.

There is a serious side to this though. Back in '00 I was taken out by a pizza delivery guy, head on. While I was laying in foetal position and waiting for the ambulance, I heard one of the witnesses (who had been sitting at a patio bar at the time) say that the same guy had hit a car in the parking lot 2 weeks before, hard enough to knock it off its rear axle and no one who had seen it had reported it.

If it had been reported, I likely wouldn't have been hit. Think about the next guy.
