I don't get it. I asked a couple of my buddies who smoke, and all they could relay was it was a "smokers" holiday. Don't people who smoke, do it whenever they want anyway?

Started out as a stoner time in a Cali high school. They'd meet at 4:20 after school. It's spread from there.
